M365 Conference, May Office hours, Global Secure Access, and more!

Hello Reader,

I hope you're doing well and looking forward to this weekend. If you will be at the Microsoft 365 Community Conference in Orlando next week, maybe you're even looking forward to next week more than the weekend?

This isn't my usual Microsoft 365 Tips and Tricks newsletter, but one will be delivered right to your inbox next week, maybe even with some "hot off the press news" from the conference. I did want to shoot over a quick email with a couple of late-breaking things this week.

  1. Late last week, I was able to work some things out, and I will be at the Microsoft 365 conference next week! If you're going to be there as well, let me know. I would love to meet up! You can always ping me on X, Threads, LinkedIn, or email; I will have some assigned times in the community lounge (I don't know what they are yet). Let me know if you want those times, and I can send you the schedule.
  2. May Microsoft 365 Office hours - April's office hours were a lot of fun and went well, so I'm doing it again in May! More specifically, May 18 from 11 am - 12 pm EST. I'll go live on YouTube and X, and try LinkedIn and Facebook again (I had some trouble with those two last month). If you have a tip or trick you want me to cover or questions you want me to answer, reply to this email and let me know!
  3. We released a new podcast episode (Episode 375) today. This episode is about the Microsoft Security Service Edge and Global Secure Access. As with office hours, if you ever have a topic you want Scott and I to cover on the podcast, respond to this email and let me know!

I think that's all for now. Keep an eye out for next week's Microsoft 365 Tips & Tricks, which will be delivered straight to your inbox. Thanks, and have a great day!!

~Ben

P.S. Oh, one more thing; would you be interested in working with me to become a Microsoft 365 expert?

Hello Reader, Wow, I can't believe it's almost March! 2025 has started a bit hectic, and my newsletter consistency has suffered. Welcome those of you who have signed up over the last few months and haven't received an email. Thanks for your patience. Hopefully, you won't have to wait too long for the next one. It was a busy end of the year at Intelligink with some projects, but we are also trying to ramp up our contractors and partnerships to serve our customers better and expand our...

Hello Reader, Wow, it's been way to long since I've sent a Microsoft 365 tip to you Reader. I went on vacation for a few weeks in June and have been catching up since. My family and I had a great time, nice and relaxing, and I have some new things coming soon, so keep an eye out for that! But, enough about me, onto the Microsoft 365 management tip for the month! 💡A Microsoft 365 Management Tip: Use Conditional Access for MFA! I know, this may seem like an, "Of Course!" to some of you, some of...

Hello Reader, I worked for 20 hours straight yesterday. From 8 am - 4 am! This isn't to brag, in fact, I hope I never have to do it again. I also hope you never have to do it (although being in IT, I'm sure many of you are). In this particular case, it was due to multiple server failures that a client had within their on-premises infrastructure, and we spent 20 hours getting critical components back up, some of which we had to build from scratch. However, it could have just as easily been due...
